What is a Pilates Tower?

The Pilates tower is a tall frame to which removable springs of varying resistance (& other fun items) are attached. We stand, kneel, or lay on a mat in front of the tower, and exercise using the springs to assist and resist our movements.

 

Among so many other things, the Tower is superb at challenging the stability of the core from hips to neck and wonderful for increasing the strength & mobility of the limbs.  It can be an amazing rehabilitation tool, as well as the tool that could raise your athletic activity to the next level.

 

Most people LOVE the feel of working their hips on the tower.  Many enjoy the way it works their core.  At first sight, the towers look fun and enticing!  Come try them!
